Congratulations on passing the Juhhke residence through the Federal Tax Credit Program.
It was a pleasure working with you and thanks for all your timely phone calls. As I
explained to you on site; this is not a program that is successfully completed by accident.
It takes a lot of attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. The final air tightness test
is easily in the top 5-10% of the houses that I test. This tightness combined with the quality
insulation should make this house nice and comfortable as-well-as very easy to heat.
